Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actor who is most well-known for her role as Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of the historical drama series Mad Men (2007-2015). Her performance received praise from the critics she was also nominated to win six Emmy awards under the category of the best supporting actress. In her career till now with over twenty years, she's also earned her fame for her performance as a character in the legal thriller Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her performance is noted in films such as Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River, the Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Her voice has been used in animation films like Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Her career began in modeling, and she continued to do it for years until her debut acting on television on Undressed which was a 1999 TV series. The first major role she played was in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which was also praised due to her work in the cult hit Firefly. Esquire Magazine awarded her the title of most beautiful woman in America and the sexiest women around the world in 2010.
