Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress best known as Joan Holloway. She played the character in seven seasons on AMC's classic period show Mad Men from 2007-2015. This series won the actress six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actor and critical praise. Since her time in the industry which spans over 20 years, she's been recognized for her role as a character in the legal thriller Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. She is known for her performance in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey at Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Also, she's provided her voice for animations, such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Before that, she was working as a model, and carried on to work in that field for quite a period of time until she made her acting debut on television in the anthology show Undressed at the end of 1999. On the drama comedy show Beggars and Choosers, her debut role as a major character was. In the following season, she won praise for her performance on Firefly.
